James Osborne

Senior Partner

James is the Senior Partner of Bosworths, and has over 30 years experience in the law having been admitted as a solicitor in 1974. James joined Bosworths in 1979 and became Senior Partner in 2003.

James has acquired a wealth of experience in many areas of the law and business but specialises mainly in property, commercial and company work. James has acted on a number of substantial property transactions and company sales and he has wide ranging experience in all types of litigation.

James also undertakes work in wills & trusts, probate & administration of estates, landlord & tenant and family law and his clients often come personally recommended to him.

James is married to Tina and they have two children. He enjoys music and is a keen musician being able to play the guitar. He also enjoys playing tennis on a regular basis.
