Robert Holland*

Commercial Litigator

Robert began his career with a City Law Firm prior to joining Bosworths in 1982. He advises on Alternative Dispute Resolution, Commercial Litigation, Employment matters, and Insolvency.

Over the years he has extended his practice to include other commercial and company work servicing the diverse needs of business clients and undertaking property work in the areas of leasehold extensions and freehold enfranchisement including proceedings in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal. His many years of experience have allowed him to keep up to date with the continuing changes that have taken place in his specialist areas of law.

Robert has enjoyed many outstanding successes for his clients and has a number of reported cases to his credit.

Robert has a particular interest in English Antique Furniture, Historic Architecture and Vintage Aviation. He also enjoys skiing, country cycling and walking and is a member of many clubs and societies.
